- Offer DEI office hours for people in the field to come and chat about their efforts/needs.
- See if opensource.guides need to be updated.
Collaborating with organizations championing DEI to create and curate field-tested resources.
Have a landscape of existing resources for reference.

Run a focus group/document building break out that identifies what are the vectors in the open source ecosystem where lack of DEI leads to systemic risks
Understand how we can focus on projects or foundations; that is, already well-organized groups who have their governance but need a guide to help them to improve DEI efforts.
