Bump app component from 89236675 to 7fb25952

User-visible changes:

- Chart tooltips are now scrollable.
- Chart legends are now scrollable.
- A tooltip is now shown to indicate that the lock tooltip functionality is available.
- The y-axis labels in charts no longer get cut off.
- Line breaks are now rendered correctly in chart tooltips.
- Vertical highlight lines have been added to line and area charts.
- Null data points no longer show up in chart tooltips.
- The left padding of charts now dynamically adjusts to avoid cutting off tick labels.
- The styling of the highlight line in charts has been changed.
- The padding around charts has been slightly adjusted to make spacing look better.
